The Slovak Rectors´Conference informs:
- New issue of SRC Bulletin 2/2012 available.
- On 1/12/2011 in Bratislava an official Slovak Student Award 2010/11 ceremony took place in the publishing house Veda of the Slovak Academy of Sciences. Slovak Student Award is organized by the Junior Chamber Slovakia with the support of the Slovak Rectors´ Conference and the Slovak Academy of Sciences. SRC was represented by the Vice-president Dr.h.c. prof. Ing. Rudolf Sivák, PhD., rector of the University of Economics in Bratislava. An award of the Top student 2010/2011 was awarded to Mgr. - the European University Association has published two statements to recent European Commission proposals for next long-term programmes (2014-20) for research and innovation (Horizon 2020) and for education and training (Erasmus for all). EUA´s website is available at www.eua.be.
- the Slovak Rectors´ Conference supoorts Students´Ombudsman project proposed by the Student Higher Education Council. The aim of the projet is to "ensure students´ legal protection when solving their problems, that are related to their lives and academia and academic activities".
